- These general terms and conditions apply to every visit to the Willow & Wags (Veronae) website and to all offers, orders, and distance agreements.
- By placing an order, you declare that you agree to these terms and conditions.
Article 3 – Product Information
- Willow & Wags (Veronae) strives to describe and depict all products as clearly as possible. However, colors or details may vary due to screen settings.
- Willow & Wags (Veronae) cannot be held liable for minor deviations in product information or images.
Article 4 – Prices and Payment
- All prices on the website are stated in euros (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated.
- Payments must be made in full before the order is shipped.
- Willow & Wags (Veronae) accepts payments via the available payment methods displayed during the checkout process.
- Willow & Wags (Veronae) reserves the right to change prices. The price applicable at the time of ordering is always the valid price.
- Willow & Wags (Veronae) goods are shipped from a country outside the EU. As a result, import duties, VAT, and customs clearance costs may apply. These costs are for the account of the recipient and must be paid upon delivery.
Article 5 – Orders
- When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation by email. The agreement is concluded as soon as Willow & Wags (Veronae) confirms the order.
- Willow & Wags (Veronae) reserves the right to refuse orders or request additional information.
Article 6 – Shipping and Delivery
- Willow & Wags (Veronae) generally processes orders within 1 to 2 business days.
- Delivery takes place via external logistics partners. Due to international shipping from countries outside the European Union, delivery times may vary. The average delivery time is 5 to 10 business days. The maximum legal delivery period is 30 days.
- Willow & Wags (Veronae) does not handle the import of goods into the Netherlands itself. The goods are shipped directly by the supplier outside the EU.
- Willow & Wags (Veronae) remains responsible for the correct execution of the agreement, regardless of the involvement of third parties. Willow & Wags (Veronae) is not liable for delays caused by carriers or force majeure.
- Our goods are shipped from a country outside the EU. As a result, import duties, VAT, and customs clearance costs may apply. These costs are for the account of the recipient.

Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal (Return Policy)
- You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt, without stating a reason.
- Upon receipt of a damaged or defective product, you must contact us by email within 48 hours with proof (photo/video).
- To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must unequivocally notify us by email at admin@willowandwags.com.
- After notification, you have another 14 days to return the product.
- Return costs are for the account of the customer, unless stated otherwise.
- The product must be unused and in its original condition, including original packaging if reasonably possible.

Article 8 – Refunds
- After receipt and inspection of the return shipment, the purchase amount will be refunded within 7 to 14 business days via the same payment method.
- If the product is used or damaged, there may be a depreciation in value.
Article 9 – Risk of Delay or Additional Costs
- Delays or additional costs (such as customs fees) may occur when importing goods. These costs and risks are entirely for the account of the customer.
Article 10 – Warranty and Complaints
- Willow & Wags (Veronae) guarantees that products comply with the agreement and with legal requirements.

Article 11 – Liability

- The liability of Willow & Wags (Veronae) is limited to the amount of the order, unless otherwise provided by law.
Article 12 – Force Majeure
- Willow & Wags (Veronae) is not liable for non-fulfillment of obligations if this is caused by force majeure, such as:
- Delays at carriers
- Strikes
- Natural disasters
- Malfunctions in internet or payment systems
- Government measures
Article 13 – Privacy
- Willow & Wags (Veronae) handles personal data carefully and processes it in accordance with AVG legislation.
