Right of Withdrawal
Would you like to exercise your right of withdrawal?
For physical products, the statutory withdrawal period is 14 days from the day after you or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier) receives the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can fill out the withdrawal form. Once we have received your request, we will contact you within 24 hours.
Returns after Withdrawal
If you exercise your right of withdrawal after the goods have been delivered, you must return the products in accordance with our return instructions to the specified Dutch return address.
The goods must be returned without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days after you informed us of your decision to withdraw from the contract, unless applicable law prescribes a different period.
Refunds
If you validly exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you in accordance with applicable consumer law.
A refund may be delayed until we have received the returned goods.

Exceptions
The right of withdrawal may not apply to certain categories of products, including custom-made or personalized products and other products for which a legal exception applies under applicable consumer law.
If an exception applies, this will be clearly stated on the relevant product page.
